Timeline Therapy® is a powerful process that helps you release negative emotions and limiting beliefs that may be impacting your present (and future) life. During our session, we’ll explore your personal timeline, identifying the very first instance of an emotion such as fear, anger, sadness, guilt, or hurt. This may be from after your birth, in the womb, or even from past generations. As a certified Timeline Therapy® Practitioner, I guide you through a safe and gentle process to clear these blocks and create lasting change.

We’ll work with your unconscious mind, which processes information faster than your conscious mind, allowing us to clear deep-seated patterns without needing to analyse or relive specific memories. This is a safe and gentle process where you remain at a comfortable distance from any past experiences, simply observing your timeline and allowing the clearing process to unfold naturally.

You’ll be guided through visualisation techniques to pull out the root of the emotion, extract it from your timeline, and release it completely. We’ll also uncover positive learnings from these experiences, which are key to letting go of old patterns and creating lasting change.

By the end of our session, you can expect to feel a sense of neutrality and freedom around the emotions we’ve worked on. We’ll check back in with the specific triggers you identified at the start, ensuring the emotional charge is cleared. Finally, we’ll ‘future pace’ — imagining upcoming situations and noticing how differently you feel, now that old emotions are no longer weighing you down.

  • You don’t need to prepare: Just be in a quiet, uninterrupted space for our call, with a pen and paper ready as you’ll be receiving important insights and downloads, and of course have an open mind to the process.

Do I need to share all my personal experiences with you? Not at all. Timeline Therapy® works with your unconscious mind, and you don’t need to share every detail of your experiences. You only need to share what feels comfortable. My role is to guide you through the process and hold a safe space for your transformation.

Is Timeline Therapy® safe? Yes, absolutely. Timeline Therapy® is a safe and gentle process. You’ll remain in control the entire time, and I will support you throughout. If you ever feel uncomfortable, we can pause or adjust as needed.

What if I can’t visualise my timeline? That’s completely okay! Everyone experiences this process differently. You might see images, feel sensations, or simply have a sense of knowing. Whatever comes up for you is perfect—there’s no right or wrong way to do this.

How will I feel after the session? Clients often describe feeling lighter, more peaceful, and clearer. You may notice shifts in how you respond to situations that previously triggered strong emotions. Some people experience immediate changes, while for others, the effects unfold gradually.

How many sessions will I need? Many clients experience profound shifts after just one session. However, if you’re working through multiple emotions or deeper patterns, additional sessions may be beneficial. We can discuss this based on your goals and what feels right for you.
